What you are buying

Kammeri is a macOS application. Buying it gives you a personal, non-exclusive licence to use it on up to 2 Macs that you own or control, for as long as you like. It is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. Every 1.x update is included.

A future 2.0 may be a separate purchase. If that happens we will say so well before it ships, and your 1.x licence keeps working.

Your account

An account is needed to hold your trial and your licence. Keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us at support@kammeri.com if you think someone else has access.

The trial

Every account gets 7 days of the full application, starting the first time you open Kammeri. No card is needed and nothing is charged automatically. When the trial ends the application stops opening until you buy a licence; your library, projects and tags are untouched and come back the moment you do.

Your files

Kammeri indexes the folders and drives you point it at, in place. It does not move, copy, alter or upload your files. What it stores about them lives on your Mac. If you turn on backup, a description of your library — names, locations, purchases, projects, tags — is copied to your account so another Mac can read it. The files themselves are never uploaded.

The browser extension

The extension reads your own purchase pages in your own browser, while you are signed in to those stores, and hands the result to Kammeri on your Mac. It does not use your store credentials, and nothing is sent to us. Stores may change their pages or their terms at any time, which can stop an import from working.

What we do not promise

Kammeri is provided as it is. We cannot promise it is free of defects, that every store import will keep working, or that it fits a particular purpose. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to what you paid for the licence. Nothing here removes rights you have as a consumer.

Ending it

You can stop using Kammeri at any time. We can end a licence if it is used to break the law or if a payment is reversed. If we end a licence for any other reason, we will refund it.

Changes

If these terms change in a way that matters, the date at the top changes and we will say so on the account page. Continuing to use Kammeri means the new terms apply.
